After you sign in, your main workspace is organized into three areas. Each one opens the same listing context, so you are not copying URLs or re-uploading files every time you switch tasks.

Enhance, tune, or virtually stage images; compare before and after; download JPEGs sized with MLS-style uploads in mind.
Description
Enter property basics and highlights; generate long-form listing copy you can trim for field limits and portals.
Video
Build a short MP4 from your listing photos—script, on-screen highlights, optional background music, then download when encoding finishes.
On smaller screens, a bottom tab bar jumps between Photos, Description, Video, and your dashboard so your thumb can keep up. On a large monitor, the same navigation sits in the header—nothing important is hidden just because you switched devices.
Photos: polish, control, or staging
Auto enhancement applies listing-friendly presets—think clearer light and crisper detail—so phone shots read better in a portal grid. If you want finer control, switch to manual mode and adjust sliders for edges, surfaces, and texture until the room matches how you want it to feel.
Virtual staging is a separate path: AI-generated furniture and layout for empty or dated rooms, subject to your plan’s staging allowance. You still review every image before anything goes live; we surface quota and mode clearly so you are never surprised at export time.
When processing finishes, you get a before/after view and high-quality JPEG downloads you can take straight to the MLS or your media library—same pipeline whether you polished only or used staging.
Descriptions: facts in, copy out
The description workspace is built for how agents actually write: beds, baths, price, property type, features, and your own notes go in as structured inputs. Listify generates narrative copy you can edit—tight enough for character limits, clear enough for someone scrolling on a phone between two other listings.
You choose output length where it matters so you are not hand-counting words at midnight. The goal is one strong draft you own and adapt for each portal, not five conflicting versions written on five different nights.
Video: script, slides, music, MP4
The video flow is designed for busy listing agents: select the images that tell the story, generate or refine a spoken script, add optional highlight lines that appear over the slides, then pick background audio—our library, a random track, your own upload, or no music at all.
Export runs in the background; when encoding completes, you download an MP4 you can use on social feeds, in email, or anywhere short vertical video helps the listing stand out. Progress and status stay visible so you are not guessing whether the job is still running.
Beyond the studio
Listify also includes tools that sit next to your listing work: a dashboard for your listings and recent activity, AI emails to leads, saved blurbs & phrases you can paste anywhere, and open house calendar & flyer tools—so common marketing tasks do not send you back to a blank document every time.
Plan & usage lives under settings: you can see what your subscription includes, how much you have used, and upgrade when your volume grows. Billing runs through Stripe; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
