Legal & disclosure

Virtual staging is illustrative, not a factual record of condition. When you confirm true virtual staging, the saved JPEG includes a small corner label on the image file. Publish alongside originals if your board requires it.

You don't draw a mask by hand. Pick photos, add an optional style hint, then run preview. If you don't like the result, discard the preview and try again.
